Wedding Violinist Packages

Ceremony Package – £250


Set the perfect tone for your special moment with live violin music throughout your ceremony.

 

This package includes:

  • 15 minutes of background music as guests arrive

  • Your chosen piece for the bridal entrance

  • Two pieces during the signing of the register

  • One piece for the exit of the newlyweds
     

I can choose from my extensive repertoire of classical, traditional, or modern arrangements, or you can request a specific piece to make your ceremony truly personal.​

Drinks Reception Package – £400

 

Create a relaxed, joyful atmosphere as guests mingle and celebrate.

 

This package includes:

  • Up to 1.5 hours of live background music (including a 15 min interlude)

  • A blend of light classical, pop, and romantic favourites

  • Option to include electric violin for a more contemporary sound

Perfect for outdoor receptions, marquees, or elegant indoor settings, this performance adds a refined touch that guests always remember.

Ceremony & Drinks Combined – £600


Enjoy seamless live music coverage for both your ceremony and drinks reception.

This full package includes:

  • All ceremony music (guest arrival, processional, signing, and recessional)

  • Up to 1.5 hours of background music during the drinks reception

  • Personal consultation to tailor the set list to your taste and venue

 

This is my most popular option, providing continuous live music for the key moments of your day.

Evening Reception / Dinner Package – from £450

 

Bring energy and sophistication to your evening with a mix of live violin and electric performances.

 

This package can include:

  • A lively 45–60 minute electric violin set to get guests dancing

  • Soothing acoustic violin for dinner or first dance moments

  • Tailored repertoire to suit your party’s style and atmosphere

 

Ideal for couples who want something a little different — an elegant twist with a modern edge.

Add-Ons & Custom Options

Every wedding is unique, and I’m happy to tailor my services to your schedule and preferences.
 

Additional options include:​

  • Special song requests or new arrangements – £25 per song

  • Extended performance time – £150 per additional hour

  • Travel outside Sussex – available upon request

All bookings include a pre-event consultation (in person or online) to plan music choices, logistics, and timings in detail.

Booking & Availability

To secure your date, a £100 deposit is required upon booking, with the balance due one week before the event. I recommend booking early, as key summer weekends fill quickly.
